Every order is important to me no matter how many items or what products! All policies are in place to ensure that every Baddie receives the best quality and is treated fairly and kindly.

Processing time
If your order contains ready to ship press ons or other items,
processing time is 3-5 business days.
If your order contains custom press ons,
processing time is 7-20 Business days.
- This excludes SAT/SUN and holidays.
- Requesting a sizing kit with custom press on nails will extend the processing time. Sizing kits are shipped first. After submitting your sizes, the set will be made and shipped.
Rush orders are not typically available. Please place orders atleast 2-3 weeks before you need them.
Due to the intimacy of products,
All sales are final.
- Refunds are available in the case of cancellation or if your order is severely defective.

Sizing
Ready to ship press ons come with 18-24 nails in varying sizes,
you don't need to measure your nails!
- For custom press ons, you can opt for a Sizing kit or measure your nails yourself using the free DIY guide.
- Sizing kits CAN'T be purchased separately. Please note, it will extend your wait time for the final set as it will arrive before the set is created.
- Sizing is important! Please follow directions. If your nails don't fit and you need replacements, you'll have to pay for them.

Custom Consultations
Consultations are time sensitive!
- Within 24 hours of submitting your consultation, your set will be approved or denied! If approved, you'll receive a quote for the set.
- Within 24 hours of receiving the quote, you'll need to confirm that you'd like to purchase your set by accepting the quote.
- Once you agree to purchase your set, you'll receive an invoice. You' ll have 48 hours after receiving the invoice to complete your purchase!
- Failure to submit payment may prohibit you from making future purchases.

- Any data you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, and address will only be utilized for necessary communication and shipping purposes.
- Badd Press adheres to the PCI-DSS requirements to ensure that your information is handled securely and in compliance with industry standards.
- Your data may be stored through Wix’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications on secure servers behind a firewall to ensure your data’s safety.
